RETURN ON EVENT: 7th thermal spraying conference - repair and reloading - December 8 and 9, 2021, PAU

This meeting, organized by the South-West section of the A3TS, gathered nearly 100 participants, happy to meet around thirty technical scientific presentations in the magnificent setting of the Palais Beaumont.

Industrialists and academics involved in the field of thermal spraying, cold spray, characterization of coatings obtained with these technologies, simulation and diagnosis have presented many presentations to review the scientific and technical innovations. Numerous testimonies on industrial applications, particularly in the field of repair, aroused great interest from the audience.

We also had the pleasure to see that industrial technologies could be applied to ART.

The Wednesday evening took place in the cellars of the Domaine du Cinquau. The participants attended the commented visit of the owner and enjoyed a tasting of the wines of the domain.
