The deadlines for Reach authorizations for uses of hexavalent chromium salts expire in September 2024. For their 7th edition, the A3TS General Assembly reviewed the progress of alternative technologies to chromium VI, with the main targets being the treatment of light alloys and coated steels.

On this occasion, we welcomed 125 participants for 21 conferences.

A large number of industrialists were able to speak about their experiences in replacing technologies containing hexavalent chromium.

The evening took place at the restaurant "Les Pieds dans l'Eau" offering to the guests a moment out of time at the edge of the Seine.
