If you are an exhibitor, delegate or visitor registered for MATTRIS by A3TS 2025, log in to your online space and download the application to your mobile!

🔐 1.I log in to my MATTRIS space and download the web application

Access your account from your computer by clicking on this link: https://mattris.a3ts.org

  • Click on "Connection

  • Enter your e-mail address

  • Receive a secure code by e-mail

  • Enter the code to access your space

    It's as simple as that!

 

📱 Download the web application on your phone (highly recommended)

Scan the QR code below to download the application. You can also find this QR code on your interface by clicking on "Open mobile app".

  • On Android:

    • Once the navigation page is open :

      • Click on the black button at the bottom "Add to home screen".

      • Then click on the "Install" button on the pop-up window

      • The application appears on your phone

  • On IOS (Iphone) :

    • Once the navigation page is open:

      • Press the main menu icon (☰)

      • Click"Install" and follow the steps indicated to add the application to your home screen:

        1. Press the "Share" icon (square with upward-pointing arrow, next to the site url at the top of the page).

        2. Scroll down the menu at the bottom of the page and press "On home screen".

And now you're ready for D-Day! 🎉

✏️ 2. I personalize my participant profile

 Click on your initial (or photo) in the top right-hand corner to access your profile.

 Here you can edit your profile(click on the 🖊️ pen), buy an additional ticket, change your availability for your BtoB meetings. If you have any questions, you can contact us via the " Contact the organizer " form.

 

📅 3. I manage my conference schedule

The conference program is available in the "Program" tab, where you'll find all the information you need (location, schedule, description, speakers).

The program of events (round tables, innovation awards, job dating, etc.) is available in the "Events at the Show" tab. 

To add conferences and events to your schedule, go to the "Program" tab and click on the 🗓️icon (calendar).

 

4. I manage my BtoB appointments

  • View profiles and request an appointment : Click on " Participants " to display the list of participants. Apply filters to refine your search, then view profiles and request an appointment.

  • Appointment overview : In the " B2B Meetings " tab, you have access to a summary of your appointments: requests received, accept or decline requests, view the history of requests sent and see declined requests.

All your upcoming activities and appointments are grouped together in the "My schedule" tab.

5. I manage my prospects and enrich my address book

  • Add prospects

To add prospects via their QR code, open the mobile version of the application. Go to the "Prospects" tab in the left-hand menu, or press the scan icon in the center of the application.

  • Send my QR code

Your personal QR code is displayed on the right-hand side of the screen when you open the prospect window, and can be shared with other participants. If you have a badge or access pass with a QR code, this will be identical to the one in the application and can also be used for sharing. Please note that each QR code is unique and specific to each participant.

  • Export my leads

Once the contacts have been scanned, press the "Export" button to download an Excel file containing all the added leads.
