A3TS training courses focus on the main areas of activity of the association: heat treatments, surface treatments and related aspects to these treatments, which range from the identification of mechanical and chemical behaviors of parts and materials to the understanding of these mechanisms, through the normative aspects in quality and regulatory aspects in workshop safety (REACH, ROHs, NADCAP, CQI-9/11/12, ...).

The short ABC courses
Open to all, with no pre-requisites, these half-day courses are intended for employees who implement and/or use heat and surface treatments but who are not directly concerned by these treatments (including administrative, logistical or reception staff).

Fundamentals" training courses
Lasting 1 to 2 days and intended for managers and technicians, these training courses present the essential knowledge and fundamentals of the major basic fields of materials processing.

Business knowledge" training
Intended for managers and technicians, dedicated to the highly technical subject of materials processing, these courses aim to master the most advanced concepts of selection, understanding and implementation of treatments, including quality and certification aspects. They are specifically aimed at people who select treatments or supervise workshops in terms of production, quality or certification.

Business skills" training
They are mainly aimed at production staff. Most of these training courses include practical implementation parts. Depending on the subject of the training, they are accessible either to managers and technicians or to operators.

In person
These half-day to 5-day training sessions can take place either in our Paris offices or at our partners' locations. Some of these trainings include a practical component.
Remote
These trainings take place through the use of a high performance videoconference system and interactive tools. Equivalent in terms of content to face-to-face training, these courses are organized in half-day sessions, spread over several days, or weeks for the longest courses.
Customized modules INTRA-ENTREPRISES
face-to-face or distance learning
They are most often inspired by inter-company programs, but their content can be adapted to meet the specific needs of your company in the field concerned. The duration and timing of these training sessions are discussed when the program is established.
For certain fields, mainly quality, programs to obtain certification (NADCAP, CQI-9, CQI-11) can be organized.
