PhoenixTM designs and manufactures temperature profiling solutions to control and optimize the uniformity of thermal processing facilities. Our state-of-the-art systems combine quality, robustness and ease of use with a competitive price.
Each PhoenixTM solution includes:
an accurate data logger for up to 20 thermocouple channels with a large autonomy and memory.
a heat shield that adapts to the customer's needs according to the temperature (up to 1350°C), the pressure (under vacuum, up to 20 bars) and the process (annealing, water/oil quenching, tempering)
a Thermal View Survey analysis and reporting tool. This tool allows you to analyze and report simply to the CQI-9 and AMS2750 standards, taking into account correction factors resulting from a calibration of the thermocouples and the recorder according to the standards.
a telemetry kit, allowing real-time data exchange between the recorder and the Thermal View tool, installed on the customer's computer, with no range limit.
