DESCRIPTION

History

Keyence was founded almost 50 years ago in Osaka. Offering the most accurate proximity sensors of the time, and creating the first photoelectric cell incorporating a laser diode, the company soon turned its attention to image processing, becoming a major player in machine vision in the 46 countries where it now operates. It was by combining its expertise in optics and image processing that Keyence designed its first digital microscope over 30 years ago.

Inspired by its users

Thanks to feedback from over 20,000 users worldwide, Keyence has constantly improved the ergonomics of its microscopes, making high-magnification observation within everyone's reach. Users know that low contrast, lack of sharpness and stray reflections are detrimental to their analyses.

Digital Microscope

The many digital tools in the VHX series have been designed to go beyond the limits of conventional microscopy. Glare elimination, depth recomposition, 3D reconstruction and automatic counting are just a few examples of the wide range of digital tools available to reveal the finest details of a sample, while reducing the time needed to prepare it.

Versatile all-in-one solution

With 4K resolution, up to 6000x magnification and 20x greater depth of field than conventional optical microscopes, the VHX-7000N series is a versatile solution in fields as varied as materials science, chemistry, micro- and nanotechnology, life and earth sciences, archaeology and forensics.

NEW: EA-300 instantaneous elemental analysis:

Identify chemical composition in seconds, directly from your microscope, without the need for preparation or vacuum chambers.
