Understand and use the knowledge necessary for the implementation of surface treatments by wet process (zinc plating, chromium plating, anodizing ...)

PROGRAM

1. The wet process surface treatments, general presentation :

• CQI-11/12 and PRI Nadcap certification concepts

• Handling of chemicals

• The mechanical part, its constraints (shape, dimensions, surface finish...)

• Reception control (condition, shocks, counting...)

• Attachment (choice of contact areas, operating sheet or attached plan, position of the part in the bath...)

• Follow-up of the operating range, controls during the range

• First level maintenance
