  1. Inform workshop, maintenance and pyrometry personnel.

  2. Understand the requirements of the standard and acquire the basics for its application. To provide additional training to quality auditors so that they can perform IQC-11 audits

PROGRAM

1. The context of the CQI-11: Origin, situation in the quality arsenal, competing and/or complementary reference systems

2. Presentation of the different areas of evaluation addressed by the standard:

- Management responsibility and planning

- Responsibilities in the field

- The specific requirements of the different treatment processes

  • CQI-11: metallic deposits, zinc, zinc-nickel, ABS preparation, decorative deposits, mechanical deposits, equipment...

    - The product audit and its practice in the field

    - Use of audit results

    - The auditor, his training and the conduct of the audit
