Continuous furnaces with neutral protective atmosphere or slow gas cooling or rapid cooling in various quenching fluids. All SOLO Swiss furnaces are equipped with a refractory steel muffle for precision heat treatment (rapid conditioning of different processes).

SOLO® 322 furnaces: annealing, brazing, sintering, hardening stainless steels, tempering.
SOLO® 302 furnaces: bainitic hardening, carburizing, carbonitriding, quenching, tempering, oil/salt/water quenching.
A unique, multifunctional combination of atmospheric bell-type furnaces and quenching tanks, enabling fast, direct automatic transfer of the furnace load to the quenching tank. Modular design facilitates future extensions and all types of quenching atmospheres and media.
