Hi-Tech engineering specializes in the design, manufacture and turnkey production of various types of heat treatment plant.

Equipment types may include: roller furnaces, continuous lines, batch-type lines with chamber furnaces and loaders, including all types of quenching systems (differential, total quench, shower).

Our customers include forging companies, steel producers and contract caterers.
We support :

  • customers who have never had an in-house heat treatment department.

  • customers who need to retrofit their existing heat treatment lines

  • those who have difficulty reaching certain heat treatment targets

  • customers wishing to improve their processes with new trials

  • those who want to add new parts to their production

Our company does not have a catalog; we only design customized installations, tailored to our customer's needs.
We are able to adapt our implementation to our customer's existing regulations and restrictive requirements.

Our technical capabilities include :

  • Specific applications with roller furnaces, even at high temperatures.
    Furnaces for bars, pipes, plates, tubes.

  • Modular lines with versatile furnaces. They can be easily implemented in the future according to production needs.

  • Pilot lines and tests

  • Our installations are attentive to maintenance requirements (accessibility, ergonomics, commercial spare parts available on the market).

  • Air-quenching, water-quenching at various concentrations, oil-quenching with particular attention to safety specifications

  • Laboratory feasibility tests possible

  • Teams communicating in French, English, Spanish or Italian
