PRESENTATION OF THE DAY
The objective of this day is to draw up an inventory of the use of nickel in industry and, in particular, in the surface treatment industry which uses it abundantly.
We will look at the different nickel plating processes (electrolytic and chemical) both from the theoretical point of view and from the practical implementation on an industrial scale. The perspectives in terms of research and development will also be presented.
The day will conclude with a discussion of the regulatory aspects associated with the use of nickel.
